How Do I Access My Membership Content


To book a live-stream cycling class, login to your Club Cycle account and reserve a spot on the schedule. The reservation system will immediately email you a private link that will go live when it's time for the broadcast.

The "Members Vault" is where you have access to the on-demand cycling classes, audio workouts for runners and walkers, and exclusive DJ mixes. Your login to Club Cycle's Member's Vault" is different than your login to ClubCycle.com. If you don't know your login, please email customer support at help@clubcycle.com

How Do I Setup My SpinĀ® Bike?

  1. Adjust the saddle height: Loosen the knob at the back of the bike, then raise or lower the saddle to the desired height.
  2. Adjust the saddle fore/aft: Loosen the knob at the back of the bike, then slide the saddle forward or backward until it is in a comfortable position.
  3. Adjust the handlebars: Loosen the knob at the front of the bike, then adjust the handlebars up or down.
  4. Adjust the resistance: Turn the knob on the resistance control until the desired level of resistance is achieved.
